What kind of websites are these plans for?
These plans are designed for WordPress websites. If your website uses Shopify or another platform, contact us to discuss support tailored to your setup.
What if you didn’t build my website?
We’ll review your site first. The site’s existing build and hosting environment may affect the support we can provide. Any recommended cleanup or setup work will be discussed before you begin.
What happens if I need more time?
Additional work is billed at $125 per hour in 30-minute increments. We’ll make every effort to let you know when your monthly plan time is nearly used.
Are hosting and paid plugins included?
Hosting, premium plugin licenses, and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless specifically included in your written agreement. Plugin installation and setup use your plan’s monthly time allowance.
What about existing malware or larger projects?
Existing issues may require work beyond your plan’s hours. Larger projects, redesigns, and substantial new features will be reviewed and scoped separately.
How do billing and plan terms work?
Plans are annual, billed monthly, and renew on your signup anniversary. Final billing, cancellation, and unused-hour policies are confirmed in your Digital 9 Designs agreement.
